RETURNS
Devon's Diamonds & Decor is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to send the item back to us or return in person to our jewelry store in Boca Raton.
Our return policy allows 15 days after delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.
- ELIGIBLE RETURNS. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must also be with all the original packaging including all tags and boxes. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete the process of the return. If these terms are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. If not, a store credit will be issued. Please note: all sale items, custom pieces, or personalized orders are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. To facilitate a return on any non-personalized, full-priced items, please contact us first so that we are aware of the return. Make sure to include all of your contact information inside of the package along with the item. We cannot process returns without customer information enclosed. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. Any item over $500 should be returned with insured shipping for it's full retail value. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
