Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• DELIVERY TIME. All orders placed before 1pm on Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped that day provided it is in stock. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

• SHIPPING DELAYS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Certain variations of products may have to be ordered and can take up to 10 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

• SHIPPING COSTS. Free shipping qualifies for orders $200 or more. Items less than $200 will inquire a $7 shipping charge.

• GENERAL INFORMATION. Orders over $200 are shipped via FedEx. Orders under $200 will be shipped via USPS. For security and insurance purposes, all orders costing $500 or more require a signature upon delivery. Once your order has shipped, the shipping carrier is solely responsible for delivery. Devon's Diamonds & Decor has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility. 

• SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.
